BRIDES REVIEW

Gorgeous, friendly, perfect. This venue had everything we needed and the team and staff made our day perfect!! From the tour to the day of- Kalli was quick in response and quick to answer any questions. On the day of, Kailey was a fantastic teammate and helped us with nerves, parking, and anything I could have needed. The venue was beautiful, and we got so many compliments on the views!!! Recommend this venue!!

INCLUDING YOUR DOG ON YOUR WEDDING DAY - IN PERSON OR IN SPIRIT

If you decide to include your dog on your wedding day, we highly encourage our couples to hire a Pet Sitting Service. Our highest recommendation for Austin wedding dog attendants is Gametime Dog Services. Amy is always absolutely amazing. Amy made the day perfect for this October wedding by taking care of Angelica’s dog, making it stress-free. She knew her pup was in great hands and was “so comfortable leaving my dog in her care.”

If you are still on the fence about including your sweet dog on our wedding day, here are a few more considerations:

  • Have your dog be your ring bearer or flower girl. This is a great way to involve your dog in the ceremony and make them feel special.

  • Have your dog be a part of your wedding photos. This is a great way to capture your love for your dog and new spouse.

  • Have your dog be a part of your wedding cake. There are many different ways to incorporate your dog into your wedding cake, such as having a dog-shaped cake topper or having a picture of your dog on the cake.

  • Have your dog be a part of your wedding favors. You can give your guests dog treats, toys, or even personalized dog tags with your dog's name and wedding date.

  • Have your dog be a part of your wedding reception. You can have your dog join you for the first dance or have them participate in the entertainment by performing tricks or playing games.

No matter how you incorporate your dog into your wedding, it will surely be a memorable and unique day for you and your furry friend.

OCTOBER HILL COUNTRY CEREMONY

This stunning boho wedding was held at Sunset Vista, our grand outdoor ceremony space. But we can’t help but stop and praise Merci Bouquet for her amazing floral designs this day! The bride also mentioned “Merci Bouquet — absolutely in AWE of the designs. Professional and amazing communication- and even helped my husband with a hot glue gun.” Take it from the bride and Shiraz Garden; we love working with this talented Austin florist!

BOHO TRIANGLE ARCH FOR CEREMONY TIPS

Here are some tips for talking with your florist to create your perfect boho-chic backdrop at your outdoor ceremony!

  • Talk to your florist about various textures and shapes to create interest. For example, you could mix long, flowing grasses with short, fluffy flowers. The florist is the expert but they want to hear these details from you to make sure the first vision board is spot on!

  • Don't be afraid to experiment. There are no hard and fast rules for decorating a boho wedding arch. The most important thing is to create something that you love. We love how this bride added just a small touch of macrame to the arch - it was just enough!

  • Choose a florist who specializes in boho weddings. This will ensure that the florist has experience with the type of flowers and arrangements that are typically used in boho weddings.

  • Be clear about your budget. Boho weddings can range in price, so it's important to be upfront with your florist about how much you're willing to spend.

  • Do your research. Before you meet with a florist, take some time to do your research and learn about different boho wedding styles. This will help you to communicate your vision more effectively.

  • Be open to new ideas. Your florist may have some great ideas that you hadn't thought of. Be open to trying new things and don't be afraid to experiment.

BRIDE THE NEXT DAY REMEMBERING HER WEDDING

Thank you so much!!! This wedding was possible because of your amazing venue, as well as the fabulous staff. It was everything we could have dreamed of. The venue was perfect, the spaces were beautiful, and the communication was amazing from the very beginning. We are so lucky to have had the chance to celebrate at the Shiraz Gardens property. Nothing but good words for the entire team! Thank YOU!!
