AUSTIN WEDDING PARTY
WHITES AND GREENS WITH TOUCHES OF RUSTIC ELEGANCE
These fine fellas and ladies were so much fun to work with! This wedding party was sleek and chic, starting with the bride and groom, but all those involved were doing their part! The groom’s blue suit looked amazing across the forested portraits, with his groomsmen and solo. The bride’s gown was structured with the perfect amount of boning in the shoulders but flowed with lace to bring rustic elegance to the forefront for this outdoor ranch wedding near Austin.
Water Fall Pond between the Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Cabin
This small waterfall and pond between the bridal cottage and the groom’s cabin is an idea for wedding days that need a stunning space for portraits but don’t want to take a ride down to the Colorado River. There is never a lack of photo spaces at Shiraz Garden Hill Country Wedding Venue.
Shiraz Garden has both a Bridal Cottage and Grooms Suite. The Bridal Cottage is a full house, with two full bathrooms, a “purse room” to hide all the belongings once photos start, a full kitchen, a lounge area, a huge front porch, and a getting-ready room! CEREMONY AND BRIDE AND GROOM’S SUNSET PORTRAITS
Korie and Steve were nothing but light and love for their amazing ceremony at Sunset Vista. Korie knew right away she wanted to use the Shiraz Garden hand-knotted Persian Rugs for the ceremony aisle. These rugs are stunning, hand-made, and stand-out decor pieces for any style of outdoor ceremony. See the different colors and aisle rugs HERE.
With the rugs as the aisle marker, she chooses a collection of rustic boho decor for the ceremony area next to the arch. A bit of dripping across the arch added her elegant touch with the boxes and lanterns, bringing in the boho vibes.
AUSTIN OUTDOOR WEDDING RECEPTION WITH ELEGANT STYLE
Korie certainly had her rustic and boho touches, but her design was classic and sophisticated throughout. The reception in the Formal Garden was gorgeous and filled with dancing and laughter. Why did you choose Shiraz Garden? I loved that Shiraz Garden was local. We recently moved out to Bastrop and loved it here. We also loved the Formal Garden, and the overlook views stole our hearts. The outdoor spaces made the perfect touch of rustic, but the Formal Garden gave us the boho feels.
Shiraz Garden couples say this all the time! We rarely get local couples, but we do have Austin couples booked at Shiraz regularly who just fell in love with Bastrop! Having a small-town experience for your guests coming from out of town with the added option and ease of going into Austin is a great feature.
Hill Country weddings usually invoke images of Dripping Springs, but Shiraz Garden is only 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes to Downtown Austin. Quite a difference from Dripping Springs! See more here.
