Analisa said her favorite part of wedding planning was the little, but very important details. “A lot of thought went into it and it was defiantly my favorite part of planning.” If you are leaning towards a dark and moody wedding theme and love the idea of “til death" as part of the undertone and signage then this is the wedding to fall in love with and Pin for later! THE CAKE
This masterpiece was made by the amazing @sweetdeycakes, decorated with vampy flowers & gold accents. It tasted just as good as it looked. Mexican vanilla & red velvet, a match made by the gods lol.

GOTHIC PRINCESS AND HER KING - FIRST LOOK TO DIE FOR
These two had a first look that will always stay with me as one of the most beautiful of how much joy they had seen each other. The Hidden Staircase is so pretty year-round in photos and especially when your photographer is so talented.
Nowlens Photo Co captured it in a way that made me speechless. Truly the most perfect first look.
BRIDAL PHOTOS AT MOHANA OUTLOOK
After the ceremony the Shiraz hostess drives the couple and photographer over the Mohana Outlook almost always to capture the magic of Texas sunsets and golden hour for the newlyweds with the most epic views in the Texas Hill Country. We love that Analisa also took the time to capture a few solo photos at this perfectly lit, golden hour sunset space on her wedding day. Brides - take note!

WINTER FLORALS WITH MEANING AND MOMENTS BUILT-IN
My bridesmaid Allyse helped me choose all the flowers & colors included in the wedding. She used to be a florist. Every time I look at the flowers, I will always think of the moments we spent together planning it out.
GROOMS ALL-BLACK SUIT
Carson choose his own all-black ensemble, and Analisa said, “The beautiful garden rose really stood out & it reminded me of Beauty & the Beast, my favorite Disney movie as a kid.” We agree - the all-black looked so sharp against the winter backdrop and dark and moody wedding details.
THE ALTER & CEREMONY
“The altar was a beautiful metal garden trellis my parents found. My dad put sweat (& I’m sure some tears) into this project. He sanded & hand-painted it just for us. We decided to drape a light purple fabric over to compliment the vampy spray made by @brendaabbottfloral. It couldn’t have all come together more perfectly.”

“ROMANTIC GOTH” RECEPTION
FROM THE BRIDE on her amazing reception decr:
I knew I wanted the reception area to look very romantic goth…. Just enough so that my family wouldn’t get scared & leave. I knew I wanted candles & leafy vines everywhere. My mother-in-law put so much thought into the design of the vines, she’s amazing.
On our chairs on the sweetheart table, you can see our hand-fasting chords. We had a hand-fasting ceremony to incorporate my chosen spirituality (Wicca) and Carson’s heritage. We made the chords ourselves & now they’re hanging on our wall at our home.
Do you seeeeee those purple goblets?!?!?!?!? I saw these & FELL IN LOVE. Those are probably my favorite detail. I love them so much.
